Quickstart Tutorial Refactor #224

Problem

Ensure quickstart tutorial is only quickstart material for a new user.

Proposed solution

• Move "extra" tutorials over to a new file called tutorials.rst
• Link extra tutorials to the end of quickstart.rst
• Edit quickstart.rst so it is only a quickstart
• Ensure everything is linked on index.rst

Table of contents of the new documentation should be:

• Quickstart
• Tutorials (CLI)
• Tutorials (Python)
• API docs
