Description
The archive ledger manifest did not capture the UUID of the instance run it documents. We have that data in the RunMetadata object. I wrote it out to the manifest, but did not add a test to check that it serializes and deserializes the correct UUID in every case.
Desired behavior
A unit test checks that the same instance UUID is written in both the archive manifest and the run's instance's manifest.
