Inconsistent screens when user not logged in #2377

Description

When trying to access different pages for account holders when not logged in, the messages asking the user to log in are not consistent.

1. Access /teams and /calendar when not logged in
2. See that the screens/messages asking to log in are different

The message advising users they are trying to access a page for users who are logged in should be consistent
