To configure the following properties of the HLSL compiler (fxc.exe), use its Advanced property page. For information about how to access the Advanced property page in the HLSL folder, see Working with Project Properties.

UIElement List

Suppress Startup Banner
Yes (/nologo) to suppress the display of the startup banner and information message; otherwise, No. By default, the value is Yes (/nologo).

Treat Warnings As Errors
Yes (/WX) to treat all compiler warnings as errors; otherwise, No.
