  1. Describe DevScripts as the staging repo for every platform 

    The README, PR template and issue forms now say what the repository
holds: application containers for Proxmox VE and Incus, VMs, add-ons and
host tools. Both ask which platform a script was tested on.

The script request form was wrapped in a code fence, which made it
invalid YAML and kept it out of the issue chooser.
