Repair the workflows that fail on every run
- move-to-main-repo: actions: write, so the Discord dispatch stops ending
every migration in a 403; workflow_dispatch can reach the job again; an
existing script in ProxmoxVE is reported on the issue instead of a bare red
job.
- sync-testurl: run the helper through bash; chmod +x dirtied the tree and
the rebase before the push never ran. Runs are serialised.
- vm-metadata: pull requests check only the VM scripts and json they change,
so a stale entry elsewhere no longer fails unrelated ct PRs.
- push_json: take the slug from "Name of the Script" like the other
workflows ("Keeper.sh" looked for json/keeper.sh.json).
- update-timestamp: handle an all-zero before SHA.
- autolabeler: survive an empty body, paginate files, drop globs for folders
VED does not have.
- clear_old_branches: ignore fork PRs when matching branch names.
- checkout v5, github-script v8, create-github-app-token v3 (Node 24).
