Tailor the test command to the kind of script
The Ready For Testing message and the PR comment now say where a script runs: the Proxmox VE host, inside a guest, or PBS/PMG/PDM. The new-script issue gains an Other type, an optional script path and an optional run location; a path that is not on main gets an issue comment instead of a broken command.
