Follow-up from #73597 which removed the Ruby code (Donor, DonorSchool AR models, CdoDonor helper) but deferred the table drops.
The donors (~168 rows) and donor_schools (~2,055 rows) tables in dashboard DB are now unreferenced by any code. Neither table appears in the DMS/Redshift replication config (aws/dms/tasks.yml), so no data pipeline coordination needed.
Write an AR migration to drop_table :donors and drop_table :donor_schools.
