rewrite Token enum to be a struct with TokenType to reduce the amount of code for types, also add line property to Token struct so error msgs are more clean.

a lot of logic dealing with parentheses is just messy. also i implemented the logic

for parsing balanced parentheses with the wrong assumption that i could just add 1 or subtract 1

to determine if things are balanced; obviously this does not work; eg: ))((

the way I parsed expressions previously might have required knowing how long the expression length is...
