No video upload to picasa #542

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to upload a video to picasa

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Photo is uploaded to picasa.
Actual output:
gdata.photos.service.GooglePhotosException: (602, "Accepted content types:
['image/bmp', 'image/jpeg', 'image/jpg', 'image/gif', 'image/png']", 'This is
not a valid content type: video/x-msvideo')
