Fetch, cache, load, and view electron density maps #947
Description
The validation files are provided from PDBe, in ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/pdb/validation_reports/.
We need to establish a 1ry mechanism to fetch and cache them as we do with atomfiles.
Then to load them into Jmol when needed.

Has there been any updates (or are there any plans in this matter?
I need to work with electron density files soon.
So, in case no plans to do it, I can take the lead.
