    Same problem here. I guess the reason for this is because the name change of the gem.

    I just upgraded a Rails 4.0.2 app to 4.0.3. and ran bundle install. Bundler upgraded bcrpyt-ruby to version 3.1.3. Got the same error as @sdomino . Just a couple of minutes ago you released version 3.1.4. so I ran bundle update again but I'm still getting that error.

    When I change my gemfile to force bcrypt-ruby version 3.1.2 all tests are passing again. As the Rails documentation suggests using

    gem 'bcrypt-ruby', '~> 3.1.2'

    I would suggest to release the name changing stuff in Version 3.2.x but not in 3.1.x. ?

    @stayhero @sdomino @accelecon Please try again with bcrypt-ruby 3.1.5 that I just pushed.

    Sorry about this.

    Great -- I reproduced locally as well, and can confirm its fixed here too.

    Thanks for reporting @stayhero @sdomino @accelecon!
