Riak CS and Stanchion init.d ordering #62
Description
The Riak CS init.d script gets triggered before Stanchion's, which leaves a small window for failed bucket and user creation requests. In the docs we advise people to start Stanchion before CS [0].
To reproduce, I spun up CS on a CentOS VM:
