Hi list
I am trying to verify my programs behaviour as a foreign device and with BBMD and spent enough hours on it to dare asking a question :)
My setup is the following.
Subnets 192.168.1.X and 192.168.2.X
1.2 BBMD (bacserv compiled with BBMD=server)
1.3 Bacnet device
2.2 BBMD (bacserv compiled with BBMD=server)
2.3 YABE
The BDT contains 1.2 and 2.2 on both BBDM's
A whois from YABE shows up on 1.2 in Wireshark but is not sent out as a broadcast. Should it not be sent out as a broadcast on the 1.X network?
If I register 1.2 as a foreign device in YABE, both 1.2 and 1.3 show up in the device list.
But I have tried to let the Bacnet device register itself as a foreign device on 2.2 but not succeeded.
Can you please tell me if this is correct behaviour or not or a hint about a test BBMD?
Regards
Gudjon
