BUG - Normalisation/coreg report figures cut off without external monitor #404
Describe the bug
When running coregistration and normalisation in preprocessing, AA returns a report with FSL style images outlining the registration procedure/results. However, when I run aa on my laptop, these images are cut off and impossible to read - see attached images below.
However, when I plug my laptop into an external monitor the output is fine using the same scripts - see image below.
I do not always have access to my monitor, but obviously checking my preprocessing has worked correctly is important. Is there anything I can do to allow this to run correctly on my laptop? I believe this issue lies somewhere in the aa_checkreg_avi script, but I cannot work out how to fix it.
My hardware is:
Laptop: Macbook Pro 13-inch, 2019
Monitor: Dell U2410, 1920 X 1200 resolution
Environment:
OS with version: Sonoma 14.6.1
MATLAB version: R2020a
Relevant toolboxes with version: SPM12
