BUG - (Windows) stream copying fails in aas_retrieve_inputs_part2 due to rsync use #313

In aas_retrieve_inputs_part2, input streams are copied/hardlinked for use elsewhere (?)

In the case 'local', this uses linux-specific functions, which do not work on windows.
Partial solution: use matlab copyfile() instead.

Better solutions possible, to avoid actual copying? Make hardlink / symlink also on Windows? What about cleanup, there appears to be some concern around that?

And what about the case 'remote'. That does go to use rsync, what alternatives to use? Using xcopy, or robocopy on newer windows versions, can probably be used. Would need an actual use case to test?
