Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
Thank you for your interest in contributing to Tilepy (“the Project”). This agreement clarifies the terms under which you (“the Contributor”) submit contributions.
- Grant of Copyright License
By submitting code, documentation, or other material (“Contributions”) to the Project, you grant the maintainers of the Project a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and sublicense your Contributions as part of the Project.

Rights Retained • You retain copyright in your Contributions. • This agreement does not change your rights to use your Contributions for any other purpose.

Grant of Patent License
If your Contributions contain patentable material, you grant the Project a license to those patents to the extent necessary for using, modifying, and distributing the Project.
- Certification
By submitting a Contribution, you confirm that: • (a) You wrote the code yourself, or • (b) You have the right to submit it under the terms of this CLA, and • (c) You understand that the Project may redistribute your Contributions under its chosen license(s).
- License Flexibility
You agree that the Project maintainers may relicense the Project (including your Contributions) under other open-source licenses in the future, provided they remain OSI-approved.
