Delay in @Background

@UiThread may have a delay param :

@UiThread(delay=2000)
void doInUiThreadAfterTwoSeconds() {
}

We could do the same thing for @Background :

@Background(delay=2000)
void doInBackgroundAfterTwoSeconds() {
}

Would love to see that.

I've just planned it for 3.0 :)

I think this issue can be closed since my PR has been merged.

But we will do this just before the 3.0 release and this issue will be closed at this time.
