Option to disable thread control #1123

Description

@WonderCsabo

We already can disable the @Trace annotation via annotation processing option. Since thread control is also a "debug" feature, we should also let it to be disabled. @Artyomcool, @yDelouis, @DayS WDYT?

    There is already a way. Just set the empty implementation of
    WrongThreadListener to the BackgroundExecutor.

    That is right. Then my suggested feature can be redundant. Guys?

    Like for @Trace, I think this feature should be disabled by annotation processing option. That way we don't have to change the code :)
