Description
Steps to reproduce:
Install this plugin on latest claude code cli and run claude /doctor
/doctor

already-loaded file /home/thenilesh/.claude/plugins/cache/everything-claude-code/everything-claude-code/22ad036cb5bf/hooks/hooks.json. The standard
hooks/hooks.json is loaded automatically, so manifest.hooks should only reference additional hook files
Environment: Ubuntu 22.04
