## How to Debug

To debug, you need to install GitHub CLI and get authenticated. Then you can run the following command:

```bash
GITHUB_CONTEXT=$(cat ci/context.json) GITHUB_TOKEN=$(gh auth token) python ci/increment_version.py
```

To get context.json, you need to add the following step in version-bump.yml:
```yaml
- name: Print env variables
  uses: ./.github/actions/print-env/
```

Then push your changes and copy the context.json from the action run of version-bump. Paste the full GITHUB_CONTEXT json into context.json
