  1. [FIX] Accept the global output flags anywhere on the command line 

    `-o/--output`, `--agent`, `-q/--quiet` and `-v/--verbose` live on the root
group, so Click rejected them once the subcommand name had been read:
`unstract whisper extract invoice.pdf -o raw` failed with
`No such option '-o'`, which is the form the README and docs show.

The entry point now moves those tokens ahead of the subcommand before Click
parses, preserving their relative order, stopping at `--`. `-p/--profile` is
left alone on purpose: `config set` and `auth login` declare their own.

  2. [FIX] Hoist --config with the other root options 

    `--config` is root-only as well, so it failed after the subcommand the same
way `-o` did.

  3. [FIX] Hoist -qvo clusters and reject a dangling valued option 

    A short cluster ending in `-o` is a valid root spelling, so it is hoisted
with its value like a bare `-o`. A valued option with nothing after it is
refused up front: hoisted alone it would take the subcommand name as its
value and fail with a misleading message.

  4. [FIX] Read a joined -ojson in the pre-parse format scan 

    A failure raised before Click parses renders in the format guessed from
argv, and that guess only understood `-o json`, so `-ojson` fell back to a
table envelope.

  5. [FIX] Stop the pre-parse format scan at -- 

    Everything after the separator is positional data, so it must not pick
the envelope format either.
