tracking: remove migrated plugins from WasmEdge core #28

Part of the C++ plugin migration (upstream: WasmEdge/WasmEdge#3840). Final phase — blocked by every plugin migration and the installer switch (see Relationships).

Once a plugin builds, tests, and releases from this repo and the installer fetches it from here, remove it from WasmEdge core. Removal can proceed per-plugin (don't wait for all 15) once that plugin's migration issue is closed and a release containing it exists.

Per plugin, the upstream removal PR deletes plugins/<name> + test/plugins/<name>, drops its CI matrix entries and WASMEDGE_PLUGIN_* wiring, and redirects docs (WasmEdge/docs) to this repo:
