Failed to start ulauncher.service: Unit ulauncher.service not found. #1796

Environment

Linux Mint 23 (beta, wayland)

Bug description

systemctl --user start ulauncher
Failed to start ulauncher.service: Unit ulauncher.service not found.

This doesn't seem to be supported on the newest version of Linux Mint.

If I try to run Ulauncher directly it doesn't work:

./ulauncher
error sending ActivateAction message to application: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name io.ulauncher.Ulauncher was not provided by any .service files

gapplication launch io.ulauncher.Ulauncher
error sending Activate message to application: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name io.ulauncher.Ulauncher was not provided by any .service files

But if I do make run it does work.
