Should Add, Update, Delete methods that accept IEnumerable use batches internally? #113

Right now it is just a convenience method that loops over the items and calls the appropriate method with a single entity at a time.

I'm beginning to think we should maybe batch these up internally so they can take advantage of what the underlying data store offers: possibly transactional all or nothing and/or sending a single call to the data store instead of multiple.
