  1. feature: add OData V4 support to the bin\pyodata CLI 

     - Add --odata-version {2,4} (default 2) and pass it through to
    pyodata.Client, so the CLI can drive V4 services.
 - Render navigation-property targets version-agnostically: V2 reads
    the Association end role (to_role.entity_type_name); V4 declares
    the target inline, so fall back to prop.typ.name. Likewise tolerate
    function imports with no http_method (V4), defaulting to GET.
 - fix: Function-import parameters were also parsed but silently dropped.
