Is there a way to easily create a bi-fold booklet with this package?
For example, creating A5-sized content on A4 pages so that when printed, you can staple in the middle and fold in half.
I could probably create a 2-column layout in a landscape A4 page to achieve the look, but the "pages" would need to be printed in a non-standard order. For instance, in a simple 4-page booklet, pages 4 and 1 would be printed on one side of A4, and then 2 and 3 on the other side. And without knowing the overall size of the booklet in advance, it would be impossible to render the sections in the right order fluently.
The other option would be to be able to generate each page section in memory and then once created and counted, they could be rendered to pages in the correct order.
Is anything like this possible, or are only top-down, front-to-back layouts available?
