DOCKER_NETWORK is hard coded in constants.py causing any configuration changes via command line to change the network_mode to fail. The default should be used unless overridden via the command line. Due to the required configuration of the docker daemon, the lean container needed to be configured with network_mode = host in order for the container to correctly connect to the other services.
