OPTIONS=dark_room doesn't function properly after loading a save file #1554

The dark_room option seems to render dark room tiles with a darker font, and with the . symbol instead of •. However, upon restarting NetHack and loading the save file, this no longer functions properly. The font is darker, but the symbol is always •.
