Scene/preset support #727

Feature Request

MC could have the ability to save the current display settings (or some aspects of the display settings) as a scene/present and an option to invoke it both via keyboard shortcuts and the app menu (alternatively there could be a scene editor where the user could change which aspects of controls and values are part of a scene).

(note: it is debatable whether such a functionality should be a scope of MonitorControl or not).
