I want to add that supposedly according to pluggable, their ts3 and ts4 docks are supposed to work, but when I tried it myself on the ts3 they did not. |

So I finally put together a setup and was able to get some datapoints on a few products. My setup is two identical acer dvi monitors. I know DVI is rare these days but maybe it will help someone Working DDC/ CICable Matters USB C to DVI Adapter UGREEN Thunderbolt 4 Dock 13-in-1 40Gbps Docking Station Their own support staff told me that they had no docks that supported DDC/CI which I found unlikely, and since it was on sale I gave it a shot and sure enough, the dock works perfectly and does not cut off the DDC signals. The dock only has one display port out but I was able to connect a usbc -> dvi adapter and both outputs passed on the DDC signals correctly. Non working DDC/ CII plugged the below directly into a mbp m2 pro and was unable to control my monitors BENFEI USB C to DVI Adapter Non working display clown car setupI had a working DDC/ CI setup before I thought if it works, maybe I could put a thunderbolt/ usb c adapter in front of that and things should still work. But no matter which brand of usb c -> dp female adapter I got, it would not work. Not even basic image, disregarding DDC/CI |

I would like to add on to this list, as I've had a difficult time finding a lower-priced USB-C hub or docking station that provides DDC support. Old working setup: M1 MacBook Air, HP P27h G4 monitor, MonitorControl app, and Anker 341 USB-C hub. I wanted a USB-C hub or docking station with ethernet port and other requirements, so I recently I tried:
Anker 565 USB-C hub and Plugable TBT4-UD5 had DDC support. New working setup: M1 MacBook Air, HP P27h G4 monitor, BetterDisplay app, and Plugable TBT4-UD5 docking station. Notes:

UGREEN U715 / Revodok Max 2131 TB5 — dual DDC/CI workaround on macOSTested with:
Results:
I tested identical DP cables, different TB5 ports, cable swapping, power cycling, and even disconnecting the working monitor. 2× DP never gave me DDC on both displays. Final working setup:
Both displays run at 2560×1440 @ 120 Hz with real hardware/backlight brightness control — no software dimming. So the U715 does support dual-monitor DDC/CI on macOS, but in my setup it is connection-topology dependent. Keywords for anyone searching: UGREEN U715 DDC not working, Revodok Max 2131 DDC/CI, Mac dual monitor brightness, Thunderbolt dock DDC, DDC works only on one monitor. |

with DDC/ CI support being so under-documented and even the manufacturer's not even knowing themselves, I figured there could be a master list somewhere here.
