diffing 2 versions of a file fails #246
Description
According to the manual, the following invocation should compare the 2 named versions of <filename>:
$ diffuse -r c011c8d -r 98cbed8 <filename>
Actual behavior is that it compares version 98cbed8 with the current file.
This was tested on version 0.9.0 on voidlinux in a git repo.

I bisected the source and found that the error creeps in at 8e32f88 "Use GTK3's GApplication/GtkApplication #178 (#181) " on Nov 22 2022 by Iurii Zolotko.
Apparently the new method of processing options does not store multiple -r options and simply stores the last one.
