Docs(cla): Corporate CLA process is not documented and requests go unanswered #8273

What is the documentation issue?

Summary

OVHcloud wants to contribute to Infisical under a Corporate CLA. Our first PR, #7523 (OVHcloud KMS token connection), has been blocked by the cla/signed check since 2026-08-04 because our engineers may only contribute under a company-level agreement, not the Individual CLA.

https://infisical.com/cla states: "If you contribute as part of your job, your employer signs a separate Corporate CLA with Infisical and lists the employees authorized to contribute; it is provided during the signing process." In practice https://cla.infisical.com/sign only offers the Individual CLA, and neither the CLA page, the contributing guide, nor the repo documents how to request the corporate one.

Request

1. Please send OVHcloud the Corporate CLA (or a link to sign it) and tell us who the contact is for corporate agreements.
2. Please explain how the authorized employees are registered so the cla/signed bot recognizes their commits once the company has signed.
3. Please document this process on https://infisical.com/cla or in the contributing guide. Happy to open a docs PR once the process is confirmed.

What we have tried

• Asked in PR feat(ovhcloud kms): add token connection #7523 on 2026-08-04 and again on 2026-09-01, no reply.
• Emailed the Infisical team to request the Corporate CLA on 2026-08-12, and again on 2026-09-08, no reply.
