Flexible file providers #168

Now it is only possible to use embedded file provider by default. I want to make it in a more flexible way, to make it possible to specify which file providers you want to use. Maybe with the options to configure some scenarios. For example, that will make possible for the extensions to have real static files not included to the assemblies as resources.
