I'm not certain if this is a DotNetOpenAuth issue, or a configuration issue with our IIS servers, but I thought I'd at least report it.
I have an IIS webapp using DotNetOpenAuth with reporting enabled (the default). While this application is running, I have other IIS webapps (different apppools running as different users) using code that uses System.IO.Packaging, which tries to use IsolatedStorage to buffer large files, which throws this error:
System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageException
Unable to create mutex. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131464)
Disabling reporting in DotNetOpenAuth resolves the issue, but I'm not certain this is actually DotNetOpenAuth's fault.
