Decision

Verdict: NOT PROVEN (deferred plan — do not activate monitor)

Documented candidate exists in UtilitySign source, but authoritative prod GET health was not proven reachable with curl. .upptimerc.yml left without UtilitySign URL. Live monitor on status.devora.no: NOT PROVEN / stop reason approval_needed until reachability + push GO.

Azure CLI follow-up (2026-10-01T11:45Z)

Subscription: Azure subscription 1 (CLI authenticated).

  • az webapp list / az functionapp list / az containerapp list filtered for UtilitySign: no API App Service / Function / Container App.
  • RG Devora-UtilitySign has Static Web Apps (devora-utilitysign-admin → admin hostname works HTTP 200), storage, KV, insights, Service Bus, email — not devora-utilitysign-api.azurewebsites.net.
  • Conclusion unchanged: NOT PROVEN activate. DNS CNAME target has no public A/AAAA because the App Service does not exist (or was removed) in this subscription. Redeploy/create API app (or fix CNAME to live host) before adding Upptime monitor.
