The paragraph in README.md lead to a unmaintained repository, and a misleading documentation:
Interested in the Open-Source version of Go Vocal, which you can host yourself? Check out citizenlab-oss or head to our Development Portal
https://developers.govocal.com states GoVocal is open-core, but this repository is not at all in sync with the Open Source version. So you are basically referencing an open source software that is unmaintained, and unrelated to your proprietary software.
