The source ideas came from the spine and telephone portions of a June 2025 Builder experiment.

The historical spine found configuration by walking parent directories, loaded Python callables by dotted name, wrote intake files at import time, interpolated paths into mutable payloads, and watched a queue forever. The historical telephone concatenated prompt pieces, carried large prompt wraps, used a legacy OpenAI chat call, and had a model validation file whose shape did not match its validator.

The raw Builder tree is not published: it also contains private runtime data and copied or modified third-party projects whose exact provenance was not audited. This repository is a clean continuation of the authored orchestration concepts, with no historical runtime data or third-party source.
