Touch support isn't scaling to the new window size. #1417

When using touch support, the window scales correctly, but the touchscreen on my monitor reacts as though its still the original window size. This causes me to accidentally "click through" the visual novel, doing things like opening apps on the taskbar by mistake. register_touch_helper.log show everything was successful (copying over TouchHelper.exe to System32, digitally signing, etc.)

Reproduction steps 复现步骤

• Use two monitors at 150% DPI scaling.
• Activate touch support.
• Open a visual novel (in my case one created in the KiriKiri engine.)
• Try to press anywhere outside where the original window was before scaling

EDIT:

• running as admin changed nothing.
• detaching my non-touchscreen monitor changed nothing.
