Would you be open to a contribution adding a root-level cloudinabottle.toml for Cloud in a Bottle?
I have a working implementation in my fork. It builds Artalk from the existing Dockerfile, exposes port 23366, and keeps the configuration, SQLite database, logs, and uploaded images in persistent app storage. Artalk's comment API and sidebar remain publicly reachable.
The integration only uses the Cloud in a Bottle environment when present, so current container deployments retain their /data behavior. Would this contribution be welcome?
