  1. fix: emit type-only imports in generated query files 

    Generated files imported type symbols (model types from types.gen and
TanStack Query option/result types) as regular named imports. Under
`verbatimModuleSyntax: true` — the default in recent Vite react-ts
templates — this fails to compile with TS1484.

Mark TanStack Query type symbols with `isTypeOnly` and emit the
types.gen model import as a type-only declaration. No runtime change.
