This PR fixes a security issues stemming from
semver-regexwhich is pulled in viafind-versionsfind-versions4.0.0 depends on^3.1.2ofsemver-regex. Previousversions of
semver-regexcontained a vulnernability. This wasunlikely to affect
huskybecause of howfind-versionsis used, butthe only breaking change in
find-versionsis increasing the minimumNode.js verison to 10, which is the same as Husky's minimum.
