Google AppEngine & Bazel: How to deploy to appengine flexible using bazel and google cloud deploy ?

TL;DR: I wrote this as a reference to anybody else stuck in the same issue because I couldn’t find the right material for it.

Bazel Build

I am going to make it concise. Deploying a bazel build on an appengine is tricky. I have gathered a couple of articles that helped me jumpstart and deploy.

Lets start with a skeletal. Im using python with flask and jinja for template rendering. Here is a project directory:

The project structure needs work, restructuring proper but the point here is the build.
