Sobre nosotros
We made a freaking pigeon look cute just so that young first-time voters download an app to figure out which candidate lists match their priorities at the 2024 EU Elections, the 2025 German Elections and the 2025 New York Mayoral Elections. Our app became the #1 political app in the App Store and Google Play, mobilizing over 180.000 first-time voters. Now, our focus is on research and learning. Palumba EU is building the first Pan-european Voting Advice Application (an app designed to give voters an orientation for who to vote for based on how much they agree with their programs) designed specifically by and for the youth. Such applications have proven to significantly reduce abstention in national elections, Palumba EU aims at scaling this opportunity at the European level at a decisive moment for democracy, security, togetherness, and our response to the ecological crisis, all for which empowering the young generation is crucial.

NYC democracy needs YOU! Share this post! You think New York City is a stronghold of democracy? Just 23.3% of registered voters showed up to the ballot box in NYC’s General Election in 2021🫠 This year we will increase the voter turnout and this is how you can help us 🦾: Columbia | SIPA "Who's on the Ballot?" partnered with us to help New Yorkers with voting before and on election day, November 4, 2025. Palumba.org has developed “the Tinder of politics”, an app that lets users swipe left or right on statements to match them with their closest political candidate. Palumba was already the #1 app in multiple European countries during their elections, and it has now reached the big apple! 🍎 Download the app here: https://palumba.nyc/ “Who’s On The Ballot” offers a website to find out who is running for office, where you can vote, and when you can vote. By entering the building number, street name, borough, and zip code, New Yorkers receive essential information to take away hurdles and enable them to decide on their future. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/etjSR7W9 Now, we need your help: We welcome you to share this post within your network and talk to your friends and family to strengthen the joint mission of bringing New Yorkers to the ballot box. As we aim to reach people outside the political bubble, we rely on press coverage, social media influencers, public figures, and politicians themselves to raise awareness. If you have any contacts in this direction that could be interested in strengthening NYC’s democracy, please contact us at: nyc@palumba.org Go vote and make your voice heard! https://lnkd.in/db-99zWG
