X is still my favorite App yet it need a better customer service support, it’s a shame that such a big platform with terrible customer service support

My account has been suspended and I would like to start my deep apologies for the mistake I made and I did not repeat this again. I am a fan of AX and I have spent more than eight years of my subscription and I ask you to allow me again to re-own my own account. I respect and appreciate the rules of application and I will be very careful not to do it again. I hope your eminence reopen my account and thank you

There's a conflict between manual resolution selection and Data Saver mode. Settings don't persist, and the player reverts to 'Auto' (highest quality), defeating the purpose of data saving.Solution: Please add a 'Lock Quality' or 'Set Default Resolution' feature to give users real control over their data and quality.

What’s wrong with this app , I created my account on May 2024 yet it has been suspended and I don’t know what for it’s not like I’m commenting or even violating X terms + and the rate limit like how are ppl supposed to read on this app when this rate appears after 4-5 minutes can you do something about this rate limit it’s not beneficial at all especially when I need to use this app and I don’t have an old account to use , I hope you consider my review
