I’ve been using Ziggy ASL to learn American Sign Language, and I can honestly say I’m loving the experience! The app is engaging, easy to navigate, and makes learning ASL enjoyable. I’ve already learned so much, and I love being able to build my knowledge step by step.I did experience a technical issue where some of the images and videos demonstrating signs weren’t loading, which made it difficult to follow certain lessons. I reached out to customer support, and I was genuinely impressed by their response. They got back to me, informed me that an update had been released, and asked me to check whether the issue had been resolved. I updated the app, went back to check, and everything worked perfectly!What really stood out to me was how quickly they responded and how willing they were to address the problem. It’s one thing to create a great learning app, but having a team that genuinely listens to its users and cares about their experience makes such a difference.A little note to other users: Ziggy ASL is still a relatively new app, and like any new platform, there may be occasional bugs or technical hiccups along the way. If you experience an issue, I encourage you to reach out to their support team before immediately leaving a negative review. Give them an opportunity to help! Speaking from my own experience, there is a genuinely wonderful team behind this app, and they are clearly doing their absolute best to improve the platform and provide users with a great learning experience. Sometimes a little patience and communication go a long way!I’m genuinely happy with Ziggy ASL and excited to continue my learning journey. I love the app so far it break it down and it does let you slow the videos down, plus I’m picking up on the signs really easy and have been having fun so far. My only issue so far is when some videos just refuse to load and work. The signs for “good” and “please” and even the signs for my name being spelled out won’t work even when I reset the app multiple times. Every other video works. Example being that those words I had to go find a video for those signs to learn them there instead and when spelling my name out the letters “h” and “e” doesn’t work at all and just stop the entire lesson so I had to go find videos for the alphabet elsewhere to learn to do spelling for my name which really has bummed me out. Not sure if it’s a server thing like in the app or what but I’ve done 7 resets of the app and everything works but a few of them like the previous mentions I haven’t ran into more videos like this because I’m picking back up tomorrow but it just slightly bums me out about it. Other than that it’s been a really good app!

I downloaded this to have access to more knowledge in ASL. I already have ASL bloom downloaded on my phone and I thought it would be cool to have two apps. Though I like this app, sadly, I’m only seeing one version… paid subscription. So I will be deleting it right after I post this review. I’ll just stick with ASL bloom where I’ve already learned 672 signs and I’m given a choice: learn ASL for free or pay for it. Regardless, like Duolingo, they give me the opportunity to learn ASL either way. Which I am beyond grateful for. Wish I could say the same for Ziggy. This world we live in, where we have to pay for knowledge (especially knowledge that will make this world a better place) is NOT normal. The profit over people stuff will be the downfall of everyone one day.

Oh my God, I’ve always wanted to learn American Sign Language and it’s so fun and I love to learn in Ziggy’s like the best app to do I have so much fun doing it. I can learn with my friends and I can teach other people signs and especially I can talk to people who don’t hear or who deaf and it’s so nice to talk to them they finally know what I’m saying so if you wanna learn a cell, I think Ziggy is the best app for you. Come download it. It’s amazing.
