Actual review about this actual APP

This app works great and is so confident. I’ve gotten emails with tracking numbers from companies I’ve ordered from then I open this app and they’re already in there. My USPS I have to actually manually enter the tracking number. I’ve even had packages show up in my app to be tracked before the company I ordered from has emailed me the shipping info/tracking number. As far as most of the bad reviews, I’ve motivated they’re mainly about facilities, customer service, drivers, not the actual app. Those reviews should be on the actual website or called into their customer service. I’ve never had an issue with ups. And if a package is delayed they let me know and people need to be more understanding that things can change. My delivery driver is always amazing and when ever we get packages always comes around the same time frame(their routes can change people different packages to different address everyday, you need to be more understanding). I would like to add that maybe in the near future UPS can add a feature where the day it goes out for delivery to the final destination(shipping address) you can let the customer know there’s “x” amount of stops before your package so we as customers can say “ok I’ll wait since it’s 2 stops away”, or “oh there’s 20 stops before I can run to the bank real quick” or “oh im in 5 stops let me run home to catch the package or so it’s not sitting out front for too long”. Thank you for constantly adding great new features and working on improving the already available ones.

I am a product reviewer, so when I say I get a lot of packages delivered to me, I do mean a lot. They come from all over the world. It’s so good to be able to keep track of the ones that are shipped via UPS or shipped via USPS and are upgraded to UPS Ground with my UPS MyChoice Premium membership. I know when a company creates a label, when a package is received by the carrier, and when the package is in route to me. I get delivery dates and estimated times on that date. I also have the option to change the delivery and leave specific delivery instructions for the delivery driver. The app also lets me create a widget for my iPhone screen so that I have live updates on current shipments. This is a great app to use to track your packages that are incoming. As far as outgoing shipped packages, I don’t do a lot of shipping, but so far the shipping process has been seamless. I haven’t had any issues at all. The app will take the info you feed it and calculate a price for several different types of shipping service (ground, air, next day, parcel, etc.,), and then you pick your choice, your payment method if you don’t have a payment account, and print your label. You can also schedule a pickup if you don’t have any incoming packages that day. It’s all so simple!

I got a notification yesterday that my package would arrive between 11 AM and 2 PM today. I was OK with that, though earlier would be better since I had contractors at a standstill waiting on the packages. Today, on delivery day, I received an update on the delivery timeframe saying it would be 9:15 AM to 11:15 AM. I was excited that it had moved earlier for delivery. However, it did not arrive until 1:07 PM today, which was in the original timeframe given yesterday. I don’t understand why you tell customers their delivery timeframe has improved, and then you deliver it in the original timeframe instead. I ended up calling the contractors, as a result of the updated delivery timeframe, so they would be on site near the end of the delivery timeframe given this morning. As a result, they were just standing around for nearly 2 hours with nothing to do. This was a result of your telling me, the delivery timeframe would be earlier than originally stated. I asked the driver about this and he said it was due to an AI scheduling issue. Further, I was able to watch movement of the delivery van as it was en route to make the delivery. As it was approaching closer to my home, I kept refreshing the app about once per minute I saw that the delivery van was indicated to be about a mile and a half away as I watched it pulling up my driveway. This means that your GPS locator is not accurate/timely enough to show the actual position of your delivery vehicles in relation to your customers location

Hi UPS, Thank you! We are thankful and grateful for your exceptional customer service. No matter the day, or time our “delivery-drivers” always present themselves and represent their employer UPS in a high regard, and first and foremost customer first, customer satisfaction. It takes me back to the good ole, days when a customer service mattered, and valued. Friendly, respectful and always showing such politeness, it’s an absolute pleasure and honor to see your vehicles in our neighborhood! Along with outstanding and remarkable service, we are always greeted with a smile and respectful attitude. It’s a great feeling no matter the weather conditions or circumstances if we are home or not, it’s safe to know our packages will always be on our front porch. It’s most important because your drivers never leave packages on our mailboxes, which are located outside of our neighborhood on a main road, due to our strict HOA so, thank you! Again, thank you, to each and every one of you at UPS, we appreciate you, and your dedicated commitment showing your level of high standards of customer first and customer care! I do not know a higher compliment. Keep being the best, it shows and means so much to our family! Hope this review brings you a smile, like your drivers do for us. Christy R.
