ThingsBook is a new kind of personal platform built for people who love to write, reflect, and collect the moments that make up their lives. It’s where long-form storytelling meets beautiful organization, giving you a space to capture what you did, how you felt, and what you care about in lasting detail.
Whether you are journaling about your day, writing thoughtful reflections, or collecting the books you love, the meals you cooked, the trips you took, or the ideas that moved you, ThingsBook helps you turn everyday life into something meaningful and permanent.
Write freely
At its core, ThingsBook is about writing. Real writing. Long-form, text-centric storytelling that lets you express yourself without character limits or performance pressure. Capture your thoughts, routines, memories, and observations in a way that feels natural, personal, and deeply yours.
Collect what matters
Organize everything you write into beautiful, structured collections. Your books, travels, meals, fashion finds, hobbies, goals, and ideas all live together in one place. Think of it as your personal digital shelf, always there when you want to revisit your life.
Build your archive
ThingsBook is not about fleeting trends or posts that disappear. Your writing and collections become a lasting personal archive, a living record of who you are and what you love. Over time, your ThingsBook becomes your story.

Designed for everyday life
You do not need special skills, perfect photos, or big moments. ThingsBook is built for real life. Write about your morning coffee, the song you cannot stop playing, the trip that changed you, the book that stayed with you, the place that always feels like home.
Smart tools that support your writing
Helpful prompts, thoughtful organization, search, and location features make it easier to document your life as it happens, without turning your thoughts into work.
Your corner of the internet
ThingsBook is where your interests, ideas, and experiences come together. Not a feed to chase. A space to build.
Write your life.
Collect your world.
Remember what matters.
I really love this app! The concept of having my interests in one place is amazing. Though I know it is relatively new, I do have some ideas to make it somewhat better. I do wish there was a website version linked to the app on my phone. I feel like that would be easier for me to use as well as open it for more people to use. I know a lot of people that use their computers more than their phones. I wish games and music collections were more like books and movies in the sense that with books I can look up which book I’m looking for and choose one. For music it could be a CD or a vinyl cover and with games it could be an old school game cartridge or disk. I do like how I don’t see any ads and I do hope it stays that way. I know that is not always the case with apps. I also noticed that when I go to enter my own book or movie that's not in the apps library I can’t add my own cover and can only choose a color. I don’t know if it's like that for everyone but I hope it's something I can do in the future. Overall though I really love this app!
great app

ThingsBook is honestly such a great app if you’re trying to stay organized without feeling overwhelmed. The layout is really clean and easy to use, so you don’t waste time figuring things out—you can just get straight to planning and tracking what you need. What I like most is how simple but effective it is. It helps you keep everything in one place, whether it’s tasks, ideas, or reminders, and it actually makes you want to stay consistent. It doesn’t feel complicated or stressful like some other apps. Overall, ThingsBook is perfect if you want something reliable, user-friendly, and actually helpful for everyday life. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking to get more organized.
Interesting spin on a social media/collection/cataloging app

I love being able to make categories for each of my lists/collections. In surprised at how many movie and show titles are included internationally as long as the title is correct. It's fun to make collections and interact with your followers, I wonder if a chat/dm feature will be added later. As far as cataloguing features it's a little lacking. It's difficult to add a cover photo and information on a custom listing to look just like the seaechable cover photos + reviews. There's also no way to sort titles alphabetically or by theme or keyword after they've been posted. I forgot to add mine alphabetically so I had to delete and reupload in reverse 1 by 1. Also not necessary but more customization for how your page looks besides color would add a lot of depth to the personality of each collection, like if I could upload static photos/patterns in an img file or something. Besides these, I love the app and look forward to how it develops. Thank you for listening.
love! needs more features!

I think all of the existing material in the app is really great. Making collections and listing stuff in them is easy and seamless. However, there are a few features that would make this app even better.First of all, there needs to be both a video game and a music category to match with the books and movies categories. A database of video games and music albums to pick from and review would be spectacular, especially if it included the ability to scroll through the covers like you can with the books.Second of all, there should be a space for user-uploaded category titles. For example, the collectibles category is too broad. I can’t expect you guys to know the names of every single collectible to make a drop-down menu. Instead users should be able to make their own sub categories of collectibles. For example, a user could type “LEGO.” Then, when someone else wants to make a LEGO collection, they tap “collectibles” and then there’s an optional dropdown for subcategories. They can see the pre-created LEGO label there. This feature of user created sub categories would be extremely helpful for stuff like genres of books, brands of collectibles, types of food, etc. Right now if I want to see more people collecting the same stuff that I do, it’s difficult to find it in the search bar. Adding this feature would alleviate that problem.
New categories: Manga, Anime & Writing
Whether you're into the latest manga volume, a must-watch anime, or your own writing, ThingsBook now has a place for it. Start a new post in any of the three categories and share your favorites with friends and followers.
Plus, we've made some bug fixes and performance improvements for a smoother experience.
