Create websites visually.
Sitely is a powerful visual website builder for Mac and iPad. Design every page directly on the canvas by dragging real elements into place. There’s no code to write, no templates to fight, and every feature is designed for people who want to build websites, not learn web jargon.
Designing in Sitely feels straightforward because what you see is what you edit. Place elements where you want them, style them visually, and see the finished result as you work. It’s not just no code. Every tool is clear, direct, and streamlined, so you can focus on your website instead of learning complicated concepts.
Building is fast, too. A rich collection of built-in elements means you’re rarely starting from scratch. Add text, galleries, forms, maps, buttons, videos, and more with a click, then style everything directly on the page. The built-in preview lets you interact with your site as you work, making it easy to refine ideas quickly.
It’s the same complete website builder on both platforms, with the same projects and the same professional features. Start a website on your Mac, continue on your iPad, and switch between them whenever it suits the way you work.
Designing for the web means designing for every screen. Instantly preview your site at phone, tablet, and desktop sizes, then switch between layouts with a click. Responsive design stays visual from start to finish.
Sitely generates static websites, so there are no databases, server-side software, or plugins to maintain. Every major feature is built into Sitely itself, so you aren’t depending on third-party plugins that break after updates or stop being maintained. The result is websites that are fast, secure, reliable, and easy to host on almost any hosting plan, with no ongoing maintenance and no fragile plugin ecosystem to keep up with.

thêm Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the Pro version. If you are familiar with Apple apps like Pages, or you miss iWeb and where it could have gone, then you will love Sparkle. The developer is very committed to this app and is very responsive. They have been deliberate with new features, taking the time to get things right. The tools are here to be as serious or whimsical as you wish, all you need is imagination.Decided to update my review. Over time many apps are neglected and stagnate. This is not one of those apps. It is constantly updated and the developer listens to feedback. It is ideal for artists, cartoonists, and photographers, easy to focus on the work and not the complications of the app interface or design. It's a good development tool for those that create websites for business owners who don't want to deal with that side of things. I've used this since the start, and it is only one of three apps I can say that about after many years. Just excellent.Update: Now known as Sitely, this app has been constantly updated, improved upon, and new features added. Far too many to list here. Buy the app and pick the pricing model you want. Support remains exceptionally responsive.

I can’t recommend Sitely enough. Easy to use, amazing support, and way cheaper than other options. I’m starting a side hustle selling items online and didn’t want to pay all the overhead of multiple third-party apps, but I still wanted to build my own custom website. Sitely is user-friendly enough to get a basic template up and running quickly, yet detailed enough to get into the weeds and set up pro-level features. They provide an Ecwid product browser to integrate into your site, so you get a complete e-commerce engine built in. By just adding that in, my online store feels much more high-end than using a basic Shopify, Squarespace, or Etsy site and I don’t have to pay subscriptions for 3-5 different embedded apps with recurring overhead costs. I recently encountered an issue and received an initial response within 5 minutes, followed by a quick resolution. None of the other competitors can match that level of support. Stop over-analyzing reviews like I do and just go for it… you won’t be disappointed!

Using Sitely has completely changed how I approach web design. From the moment I opened the app, everything felt intuitive and incredibly well-thought-out. The ability to create stunning designs with features like parallax effects and custom layouts was not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. I’ve used other tools before, but Sitely stands out because it lets me focus on creativity without getting bogged down in technical details. It feels like it was built with designers in mind, making the whole process smooth and satisfying. If you’re looking for a tool that makes web design fun and efficient, you definitely need to try Sitely.

I decided to purchase this after the other software I was using for years was no longer supported and went out of business. I found it to be easy to use once you got the hang of it. Extremely easy to publish using built in FTP. I would absolutely recommend this. The cost is reasonable as well. I was looking for a non-subscription based software solution and able to keep it locally for privacy and protection.
