Mozi: A place for your people
Your people are scattered. Some live in your city, some are an ocean away. Some you saw this month, others it’s been a year. You find out a close friend was in town a few days after they left. You have a free evening but don’t know who’s around to do something fun with. You’d love to take a break from social media, but it’s a thread tying you loosely to people you love.
Losing touch with people you care about isn’t a failure. It’s a hallmark of adulthood. Mozi is the app our friendships deserve: a way to stay close even when we’re busy and spread out.
How Mozi works
Add your trips, shows, and the events you’re going to, it takes a few seconds. Mozi turns them into one picture of where you’ll be and when, so your people know where to find you. Share any plan with anyone, even friends who aren’t on Mozi yet.
See what city your people are in now and where they’re headed next. When your paths are about to cross, Mozi tells you, before you miss each other, not after.
Private by default
Mozi is social, without the media. No brands, no public feeds, no follower counts, no ads. Connections are two-way (friend model, not follower model), and your location is only ever shared at city level, with people you choose.
The more of your people on Mozi, the better it gets. But you only need three or four friends you can’t wait to see when your lives overlap next. Add more as you go. Mozi also holds the little things that keep friendships warm: birthdays, kids’ and pets’ names, notes on what they mentioned last time, and shared photos from the times you were together.

As a digital nomad, I travel more than 50% of the time. Being on the road so often has made it difficult to maintain connection with friends. Mozi solves this! I keep my profile current with my home and away plans, and my friends do the same. By doing this, we’ve found each other in far flung corners of the globe AND at home (people usually assume I am out of town) in real time, or for upcoming travel. I also love the latest app update, which shows if friends have recently visited a city. It helps to ask for travel tips from someone you know and trust! Thank you to the developers of Mozi - because of this tool, I feel hyper connected when I used to feel lonely.

Most Beautiful & Useful App Ever

Mozi is one of the few apps on my phone that’s both stunning and truly useful. I use it every other day.Instead of adding new contacts directly to my iPhone, I save them on Mozi first—it saves them automatically in my iPhone contact list AND captures details my phone’s contact list doesn’t, like the date of when I first met someone. It also organizes contacts by location, making it easy to see who’s nearby when I’m planning a brunch or visiting a city. And as a frequent traveler, I love that it shows me where my friends will be, so we never miss a chance to connect.Brilliantly designed and incredibly practical—highly recommend!

Just want some more integrations. Visual is so much better and imagine being able to see where everyone is by city now n in future? I use FmF but i dont want to share that kind of info with all the ppl i would on Mozi. also calendar sync please, i already have 4+ calendars for work n life; can Mozi take from them to make my trips? otherwise UX is beautiful and i love seeing my friend's plans.

I’m hearing myself say I’m going to Mozi/mosey about more often now 😇 I want to know where people I care about are looking forward in time so I stop getting to a place and either forgetting who is there or worse finding myself in a foreign place and not knowing a close friend is there simultaneously and we don’t realize until too late to meet up- Mozi fixes that!

We have also started hearing people around us use the phrase 'let's mozi/mosey' on over to xyz' a lot more (literally happened yesterday!) often. Thanks for helping us spread the word/product
Plans now live on Home, so you can see what your friends are up to the moment you open Mozi. The map is no longer on Home, but has its own tab now, and you can add friends to it by confirming where they live.
Plans and trips are created on the same sheet now too. A week in Lisbon, a concert, yoga. Add it all. And whether you can go to a friend's plan or not, you can now react with any emoji.
